Legend had it that the Trinity Gems were created by an ancient sorceror, who tapped into Mother Nature’s awesome power in order to contain the infection that was the 99. When these evil spirits escaped, three specially trained warriors adopted the power of the gems, and successfully fought the beasts back.
This had gone on longer than recorded history, affecting a variety of nations and cultures, like the Romans, Norse, Egyptian , Aztec, and Japanese. Historically, the 99 were the source material for the legends of Gods and mythological creatures throughout history.
The Gems were interwoven with the spirit of their bearer and a piece of each warrior’s soul was carried with it so they could find themselves with skills, attitudes, or even memories that they could not account for.
The clothes and warpaint worn by the Trinity Warriors were historic Trinity Armor blended with their own subconscious images.
