Following the fall of the Weaponeer Organization, Neville Alcott orders Gilad Anni-Padda and Bloodshot to locate a secret stash of weapons and retrieve three suits that bestow Para-human powers on whoever wears them.
Originally intended for Omen Enterprises and commissioned by the Weaponeer, an alias of Colin King, Dave Hoban designed the suits while in the employment of the Weaponeer Organization for four individuals known as the Intended Weapons.
Using the suits, Neville gathers the second team known as the Secret Weapons - Para-Man, Sonar, and Mach -. Tank, a naturally-empowered Harbinger who does not require a suit, rounds out the team.
