Henri Montblanc is the second-in-command of the Weaponeer Organization and reports only to Weaponeer One, who is secretly Colin King. Montblanc is unfamiliar with Colin’s identities as the Weaponeer or Ninjak. Montblanc is killed when Dr. Augustus Silkowski attacks the Weaponeer agents in retaliation for the death of Dominique, one of his most treasured assets.
